Ice Ice Baby

Ice is back. Experience over 24,000 sq. ft. of ice split into four distinct skating areas, including two ice trails, two free skate zones and an on-ice Airstream serving hot and cold beverages.

Shred Some Ice

Shred some ice this winter in the Whitewater 3 vs 3 adult Pond Hockey league. Join the recreational division just for fun, or compete in the competitive division for top honors.

Night Ziplines

Experience a new take on the Canyon with illuminated, night-activities. Traverse spans of wooded canyon via a series of suspension bridges, ziplines and accompanying rope bridges.

Activity Pass & Reservation Required – can be purchased in advance or on site.

Canyon Night Trail

Introducing the Canyon Night Trail. Explore the woods at night with a walking trail that crosses two suspension bridges and features obstacles, play structures and discoveries for all ages.

Access the Canyon Night Trail via walking path to the South Ridge behind the Ice Skating area. No pass or reservation required.

GRAYSON HIGHLANDS CHRISTMAS TREES & WINTER MARKET

Introducing Christmas trees sourced from the Blue Ridge highlands of Virginia. Whitewater will offer Fraser fir trees native to higher elevations around Whitetop Mountain, Mount Rogers (the highest point in Virginia) and Whitewater Grayson.

Whitewater has also curated a Winter Market featuring a selection of Outfitters gear and other goods sourced from the craftspeople of Grayson Highlands and the NC & VA mountains.

Available beginning November 22.

Layer up for a frosty lineup of Whitewater Race Series competitions and events including: We Believe 5K and Dog Jog, the New Years Eve Trail Race (5K/5 Mile), Rocky Road: Road to Trail Race (5K/10K/Half Marathon), and more.
