This all levels flow is designed to revitalize and restore your body, calm the mind, increase energy and reduce stress. This is an excellent practice style for students who would like to experience play and exploration, making it suitable for all levels of yoga.

Choose from two divisions (Competitive or Recreation) and snag an award if you finish as the cleanest or greenest racer. Leprechaun sightings are always possible.
