Slow Flow
A slower paced flow for beginner to intermediate yogis. This class is perfect to turn inward, alleviate stress, and restore energy levels.

An intermediate Vinyasa Flow that’s challenging and leaves you feeling refreshed and invigorated.

A Vinyasa Flow class with an emphasis on having fun. Challenging postures are offered in addition to modifications to engage multiple skill levels.

SUP Yoga
Experience the Catawba River while participating in a yoga practice on stand-up paddle boards. Activity pass and advance reservation required for SUP equipment and/or anchor. Available 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month at 11:00am from May-September.

What is the cost per class?
There is no cost to participate in a yoga class.
Are yoga mats provided?
Mats are not provided but are available for rent at any Guest Service location for $5.
Will class still happen in the rain?
Yes, class continues rain or shine.
