200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Dive deep into the poses, philosophies, and practices behind yoga, whether your goal is to become a certified yoga teacher or a well-versed yogi as you take the next step in your yoga journey. This program is a unique 200-hour RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) training that couples the traditional curriculum with elective activities like SUP Yoga, hands-on experience, and a combination of classroom settings and natural environments that are so unique to the Whitewater Center. This training allows you to connect with nature as you connect to yourself and the true holistic teachings of Yoga.
This 200-hour training program is registered by Yoga Alliance and meets or exceeds Yoga Alliance standards. It will prepare participants to instruct classes typically offered to the general adult population. The full program must be completed in order to receive your 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification. Students who complete this training will be eligible to register as RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance.
