Annual Pass Terms & Conditions
Upon purchase of the Annual Pass, the first time a pass holder obtains an activity wristband is considered “first use”. This action will initiate the 365 day term of the Annual Pass. While the Annual Activity Pass provides access for 365 consecutive days from first use, the Annual Parking Pass is only valid for the current year and will expire December 31st. This Annual Pass grants a revocable license to the named individual to whom the pass is issued, the right to participate in available Day Pass activities on any operating day for a contiguous 365 days from the first use. This Annual Pass is subject to any and all restrictions applied by the U.S. National Whitewater Center. Use of this Annual Pass by anyone other than the named individual to whom it is issued is strictly prohibited and any efforts to transfer the Annual Pass or assign the associated rights and privileges will result in the revocation of this Annual Pass without refund. For activity access, the Whitewater Center requires each named Annual Pass holder to utilize their valid fingerprint scan along with a photo ID for secondary identification as requested. This Annual Pass only provides access to Day Pass activities as modified at the exclusive determination of the Whitewater Center and does not apply to fees for parking, instruction, Canopy Tour, Zip Tour, Raft + Zip Tour, food and beverage, merchandise, locker and bin rentals, concerts and special events, activity upgrades, reservations, rodeo rafting, mountain bike upgrades, guided tours, races or competitions and any other activity or premium services outside the designated Day Pass activities. This Annual Pass is valid for one activity access wristband per day. All operating schedules are subject to change without notice and all activities are subject to closing or cancellation for weather or other reasons including, but not limited to, Whitewater Center buy-outs, full capacity, and special events. Due to the seasonality of the operations and weather related issues, available activities may be limited, particularly November through March. Please check the online activity schedule before visiting. The Whitewater Center reserves the right and has the sole discretion to revoke this Annual Pass (and for the holder to be ejected from the Whitewater Center without refund) at any time if the pass is misused, abused, or the holder fails to abide by policies, rules, or regulations of the Whitewater Center.
